Cancellation and Return Policy

At Healthyaa, we are committed to providing the highest quality services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund.

Please email book@www.healthyaa.co.uk to request a refund with details of your order, including:

  • the date it was placed 

  • your name 

  • and your order reference number

Refund Conditions:

  • A full refund will be initiated only if you cancel the order before the date of the appointment.

  • If you wish to cancel the order on the date of the appointment £5 will be deducted.

  • No refund will be given once blood sample collection has been done.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
